How do I receive updates?
You can download the latest version from the update section. You don't have to pay for minor updates (e.g. 1.1 to 1.2).
Beside of that we notify you by e-mail about product updates. We use the e-mail address which you used for your order from ShareIt / MyCommerce.
Where can I find details about the updates and the current version numbers?
I didn't receive the update e-mail.
We deliver the updates and news to the e-mail address which you used for your order from ShareIt / MyCommerce. If you did not receive our update e-mail make sure that your spam filter did not delete it. Please do not unsubscribe from our update & news e-mails. Also, please make sure that the e-mail address that you use for your ShareIt / MyCommerce account is correct.
My e-mail address has changed
Log into the Customer Control Center. Here you are able to view your past orders and you can change your e-mail address.
I can't find my key-file
If you can't find a lost key-file on a computer, doing a file-search for *.t2k files can help frequently.
If you already installed a Tone2 product on a PC you can find your *.t2k key-files in your Vstplugins directory. This can be C:\Program files\Steinberg\Vstplugins .
If you already installed a Tone2 product on a Mac you can find your *.t2k key-files in Library/Audio/Plug-Ins .
You've also received your key-file together with your email from the order.
Please do always create backups of your key-files!

How can I download the key-file again?
You've received your key-file together with your email from the order.
If you can not longer find the email or the key-file on your computer you can log into the Customer Control Center . Here you are able to view your past orders and key-files. ShareIt / MyCommerce will also help you to track orders etc. You can download the latest updates from the downloads section of our website.
I've lost my software and I can't log into the Customer Control Center to download it
You can request a free reshipment of the software. Please contact us only, if you really got no backup of your key-file and you are unable to log into the Customer Control Center.
You must include the following info to your email:
Your name, your address, which product(s) you own, what email address you used for the order, when you purchased it and from where your purchased it.
We manually validate every reshipment request. Submitting fake data is a fraud attempt!
