How long must I wait until I receive my order?
We offer a 24/7 instant delivery service. If you are paying online, you will generally receive your product immediately. We work around the clock to ensure that you receive your order quickly and securely. Our multilingual customer service team is available for any questions you may have.

How secure is the process?
Every single Tone2 customer has received the delivery in the past. You can expect the highest possible security standards for ordering and shipment. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to transfer your data securely. Our encryption is certified by VeriSign.

What will happen after I placed my order?
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately. It will contain all of your ordering details and your invoice or receipt.  If you paid by credit card, debit card, PayPal or transferred the funds online, you will receive your download links within a minute. If you chose a different payment method like bank transfer, your product will be delivered as soon as the payment has arrived.

How will I receive my invoice?
An invoice for your order will be issued only after payment is received. For orders paid by credit card or direct debit from your bank account (electronic debit or online bank transfer), we will issue an invoice immediately. For orders paid by wire transfer, check, or cash, you will first receive an order confirmation, and the invoice will be issued after payment is received. In any case, we will automatically e-mail your invoice or order confirmation to your billing address. The order documents are sent with the e-mail as PDF attachments.

What happens, if my download gets lost because of a computer crash?
We offer an optional, physical shipment of the software on a CD. It's also very easy to create your own backups on an USB stick or a CD. If you forgot to create a backup or lost your backup CD we personally take care of you and resubmit the software to you for free.

Can I still use my software if Tone2 should discontinue the business?
Our company is doing well. We do not plan to discontinue our business. Since the software does not require a dongle or an online activation, it will continue to work, no matter what should happen to our company.

Can I trust Tone2?
Tone2 is a serious and well-known European company which has been developing software for more than 15 years. We have many satisfied returning customers and are proud of our reputation. Every single Tone2 customer received the delivery in the past. You can expect the highest possible security in ordering and receiving your products. Do I have to pay for updates?
We regularly release free updates with new features. You don't have to pay for minor updates (e.g. 1.0 to 1.5).

How do I receive updates?
You can download the latest versions in the download section of our website. Furthermore, you will be notified automatically by e-mail when an update is available.

Do the licenses expire?
We only offer 'lifetime licenses'. This does mean that they never expire. We regularly release free updates with enhancements and many new features.

Do you also ship your products on a DVD?
The online download system drastically speeds up the product delivery, eliminates packaging costs and saves the environment. Furthermore, we offer an optional, physical shipment of the software on a DVD.

What happens if there are technical problems?
We do excessive beta tests before we release a new product. That's the secret why our software is very reliable and usually works as expected from the scratch. Furthermore, we regularly release new and free updates. If you need help our friendly support will give you personal assistance.
