How can i upgrade Gladiator 1 to Gladiator 2?           

A valid Gladiator 1 license is required. You can find the upgrade here.
The upgrade includes a huge number of new features and an embedded expansion with new sounds.
Gladiator 2 is 100% downward compatible. You are able to load all your old songs with improved sound quality.
