How secure is the process?
The order process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient (https). Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet. All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The servers support SSL Version 3 and 168-bit Triple DES encryption. The RSA module and SSL sessions feature 1024-bit encryption.
What will happen after I place my order online?
You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt.
If you chose to pay by credit / debit card or transferred the funds online during the order process, your order will be processed immediately. If your product is to be delivered to you electronically, it will be done immediately.
If you chose a different payment option, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation that explains how to effect payment. Orders are processed once payment has been received.
How will I receive my invoice?
An invoice for your order will be issued only after payment is received. For orders paid by credit card or direct debit from your bank account (electronic debit or online bank transfer), we will issue an invoice immediately. For orders paid by wire transfer, check, or cash, you will first receive an order confirmation, and the invoice will be issued after payment is received. In any case, we will automatically e-mail your invoice or order confirmation to your billing address. The order documents are sent with the e-mail as PDF attachments.
What does happen if i loose my download because of a computer crash?
It's very easy to create your own backups. We recommend that you store your keyfiles on an USB stick or a CD. The latest version of our software can be downloaded here. If you forgot to create a backup or lost your backup CD we personally take care of you and resubmit the software to you for free.
Can i still use my software if Tone2 should discontinue the business?
Our company is doing well and we do not plan to discontinue our business in the future. Because the software does not require a dongle or an online activation, it will continue to work even after dropping a nuclear bomb on Europe.

Are there boxed versions?
Tone2 is a smaller company. Our products are limited-lot productions. The online download system eliminates packaging costs and helps to save the environment. We offer an optional, physical shipment of the software on a CD or DVD.
