Q: How do I receive updates? A: We will notify you by e-mail about product updates. You can verify here if you own the latest version. If you did not receive our update e-mail make sure that your spam filter did not delete it.
Q: I've lost my software. How can I download it again? A: Simply log into ShareIt's Customer Control Center and you will be able to view all past orders, download-links and serial-numbers. They can also help you track orders etc. Q: Will there be MAC versions? A: All licenses are cross platform. You buy a license once and can use the product on both platforms: MAC and PC. All MAC version are available as universal binary for Intel MACs and Power PC. They support audio unit (AU) and VST 2.4.
Q: What are the demo limitations? A: All demos stop producing sound after 10 minutes. Some demos have additional limitations which are explained in the manual accompanied by them.
Q: My e-mail address has changed, what now? A: Simply log into ShareIt's Customer Control Center and you will be able to view all past orders. There you can change your e-mail address.
Q: Do I have to pay for updates? A: You don't have to pay anything for minor updates (e.g. 1.0 to 1.1). They are free and are sent out automatically when they are available.
