How do I receive updates?
We will notify you by e-mail about product updates. You don't have to pay for minor updates (e.g. 1.0 to 1.1). They are free and are sent out automatically by e-mail when they are available. We deliver the updates to the e-mail address which you used for your order from ShareIt. You can verify in the news section of this web site whether you own the latest version.

My e-mail address has changed.
Log into ShareIt's Customer Control Center . You will be able to view all past orders, and from there you can change your e-mail address.

I've lost my software. How can I download it again?
Log into ShareIt's Customer Control Center and you will be able to view all past orders, download-links and serial-numbers. ShareIt will also help you to track orders etc.
